What is ATicketToHell.com all about?
ATicketToHell.com is a site that allows you to decide who should go to Hell. You have the unique opportunity to send a Full Reservation, Group Reservation, or a One-Way Ticket to anyone – and you can do it ANAYMOUSLY. Our offer is 100% guaranteed by The Board of Exalted Reapers and we are the only licensed operator of the Hellevator TM. It’s a ride to remember. Are you affiliated with any religious groups?
We are not affiliated with any religious group. We have a strict non-discrimination policy. All religions, including atheists, are accepted. Additionally, we take reservations for all walks of life. We are the only site that can promise: That not so special someone has a guaranteed place in Hell, (see Terms and Conditions for clarification).
Can I get a pitch fork?
Unfortunately residents can not have pitch forks, but other weapons are available. Check with your Demonic Mentor upon your arrival.
If I receive a Reservation or a One-Way Ticket To Hell, is there a way that I can get out of Hell?
Yes, we offer a Get Out Of Hell Free TM card. You will need to present this card upon exiting the HellevatorTM or the stairs when entering Hell.
Ordering, Payment & Shipping
Can I get a discount if I want to order a lot?
Can I pay using a credit/debit card?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through Paypal. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks or money orders.
When I purchase a reservation, will I get an e-mail confirmation?
Yes, PayPal will send you a confirmation Email. If you don’t receive one, please wait an hour or so and check back. If you haven’t received your e-mail within a day then please contact us immediately so that we may resolve the issue for you.
Will a transaction show on my bank statement?
Yes, will see a transaction from us on your bank statement. It may take a day or so for it to post to your account. If you have any questions, please contact us.
What do I do if my PayPal address is wrong?
We recommend that you keep your information in PayPal up to date. Please note that you are not backed by PayPal’s money back policies if you address is not correct before ordering. If you encounter any problems, please contact us and we will assist you.
After I place an order, when will it be sent out?
Currently, all purchases are processing within 3 business days. If payment is not cleared right away, your order will ship once payment is cleared through your bank.
If I contact you, how long will it take you to respond to me?
Our goal is to respond to you as soon as you send us a note, but it should take no more than 1 business day.
